Refund and Returns Policy

REFUNDS:

We understand that things happen; items are incorrectly ordered or sometimes contain manufacturers’ defects. Our team can assist with a product exchange or refund in accordance with the below policies:

Important: this return information applies only to orders placed and fulfilled online at stingraeretail.com. If you purchased a product and would like an exchange or return, you must contact us directly at retail@stingraecaribbean.com to process the request.

To be eligible for an exchange: Returned products, excluding products that have been found to be defective, must meet the following criteria to be eligible for an exchange or refund:

  1. be in resalable condition, unsoiled and with no damage to the packaging, lid, seal or label.
  2. be unopened.
  3. be in the original packaging.

If the product has been opened and used, Stingrae Caribbean Limited will only issue a refund if the product is found to be faulty/defective/inconsumable. You have 7 days to email us about it. If the product has been opened, used and isn’t defective, it cannot be returned to Stingrae Retail.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund for future purchase at stingraeretail.com or retail store. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SALE ITEMS

Products sold under promotional sales are not eligible for exchange or return.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

It is custom practice that we would give you an exchange or cash refund in-store immediately.
